WHAT YOU'LL DO:Provide administrative support for the construction office, including phone and email correspondence. Maintain organized project bid and documentation systems. Schedule meetings, handle travel arrangements, and prepare reports. Manage office and safety supplies inventory. Assist with financial reporting and payroll verification. Facilitate new hire onboarding and maintain employee records. Submit union dispatch forms and provide notary services as needed. Perform other duties to ensure office efficiency
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:Compensation: $21.00 -$27.00/HR (DOE)generous Benefit Plan which includes PTO, matching 401k, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision options, and much more!
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, accompanied by at least 10 years of experience in the construction industry. A combination of education and work experience will be considered. Proficiency in MS Office products such as Excel and Word is required, along with the ability to quickly learn new software accurately. Strong math and reading skills are essential, as is the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision. Candidates must demonstrate excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals. Being highly organized with efficient time management and exceptional attention to detail is crucial. Additionally, applicants should exhibit excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, priority setting, and decision-making abilities. They must also demonstrate a commitment to following company policies, procedures, and adhering to the company's values and culture.
