Front Desk Representative

Optim Orthopedics is seeking a full time Front Desk Representative for our Statesboro location, to be part of our elite medical Team!

Job Requirements:

As a Front Desk Rep, you will be an integral part of the medical team and patient experience. The representative will have the opportunity to:

• Greet and interact with patient's while obtaining pertinent intake information
• Ensure accurate and complete patient information is entered into the EHR
• Checks patient in/out; verifies patient demographics and insurance information
• Demonstrates a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor while he/she greets and checks in patients and vendors
• Prepares schools/work notes as needed
• Schedule follow up appointments with the requested provider according to the appropriate protocol
• Maintain a high confidentiality when servicing patients
• Other tasks as assigned

Education, Certifications, Licensure and/or Experience:

Medical Front Office experience (1 year preferred), excellent customer service skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Computer Skills: EHR (Athena), Office 365, Microsoft Outlook
