Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative for a medical device company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients seeking product repairs. Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers and sales representatives with processing returns, upgrades, and tracking shipments
- Provide Repair quotation and obtain customer approval
- Maintain Loaner inventory and administrate loaner agreements
- Document interactions about customer concerns in the Quality Systems database
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in products or services
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience in a customer service role is required
- Experience working in the medical device industry preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and ability to navigate computer systems effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and sales representatives
- Demonstrated good problem solver
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and active listening skills
