Currently, we are hiring for the following position;

Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager who manages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services. Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints.

Develop project scope, schedules, project plans, and budgets using tools such as Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office products.

1. Lead and execute projects with tight deadlines for on-time and on-budget deliveries.
2. Develop communication plans and communications to project teams, stakeholders, and sponsors.
3. Schedule and conduct project team meetings for all ongoing projects.
4. Manage all change requests and requirements related to the project.
5. Provide project leadership to project team members and across the IT organization.
6. Plan, schedule, and facilitate reviews/status of key software project lifecycle milestones with all levels from project team members to executives.
7. Ensure that Project Management tools and methodologies are appropriately applied.
8. Oversee and maintain liaison between all parties concerned with the project to facilitate any changes or modifications and to facilitate resolution of project problems including vendors.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
2. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements.
3. Assist with configuration of system settings and options, integration, and acceptance testing; and create specifications to meet business requirements.
4. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
5. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
6. May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions.
7. Works closely with other teams to get products and services tested, documented, and implemented.
8. Participates in the definition and analysis of efficient, cost-effective solutions which support client business processes and functional requirements.
9. Serves as technical resource for assigned area.
10. Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

1. High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Significant (5-7 years) experience in Operations and/or Implementations.
2. Strong skills in critical thinking, analysis, and documentation.
3. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
