Our luxury mid-rise apartment community requires a reliable and trustworthy pool attendant to look after our residents and manage the swimming pool area. In this role, you will be required to welcome our residents, check for wristbands for residents and their guests, enforce safety rules and community policies.

To be a successful pool attendant, you will need to have excellent customer service skills and be highly organized. A skilled pool attendant should be friendly, and willing to help residents as well as maintain reports of incidents that need to be brought to management's attention. What You'll Do

• Maintain a clean workspace and keep communal areas tidy. Ensuring that residents and their guests are following community policies upon start of shift,
• Welcoming residents and their guests and ensuring their comfort.
• Providing guests with towels and making sure that towels are fully stocked by working directly with onsite maintenance.
• Clearing used towels, and trash that may be left behind.
• Enforcing protocols such as no glass around the pool, no smoking, the community guest limit policy is followed at all times during shift.
• Monitoring the activity of residents and their guests.
• Reporting any damages or incidences to management.
• Walking the pool deck regularly to check for wristbands and addressing any resident concerns with kindness.

What You’ll Need

• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service is highly desirable.
• Experience in a luxury setting is desirable.
• Energetic and positive personality.

• Hours: Thursday – Sunday, 3pm – 11pm
