Join Our Renowned L&D Team: The Hospital of Augusta is seeking a dedicated Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care in our state-of-the-art facility.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Full-time night position, 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, including weekend rotations.
• Provide direct nursing care and support to laboring mothers and newborns.
• Conduct assessments, plan and evaluate patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Manage patient care by monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions as appropriate.
• Contribute to the professional development of the unit through participation in unit meetings and shared governance.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Georgia or a multi-state compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Preference for candidates with acute care specialty experience, but open to all with relevant skills.
