Join Our Team: We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses for our float pool, providing care across a variety of units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Progressive Care, and Critical Care.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Shifts Available: Full-time nights, 7 PM to 7 AM, with rotating weekends.
• Support multiple units, with the opportunity to transition to Progressive and Critical Care after nine months.
• Utilize the nursing process to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families.
• Implement medically prescribed interventions.

Salary:

• $62,400 - $115,440 per year

Compensation:

• Minimum: $30.00 per hour
• Maximum: $44.50 per hour
• Differentials:
• 2nd Shift: $4/hour
• 3rd Shift: $6/hour

• Float pool premium: $5/hour once off orientation (8-12 weeks)

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program required within 6 months if not already obtained.
• Current RN licensure by the North Carolina Board of Nursing or by a Compact State.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
• Two years of experience in an acute care environment preferred; candidates with one year of solid experience will also be considered.
