Job Summary: Join our Cardiac Telemetry unit, where you will care for patients recovering from open heart surgeries, heart catheterizations, ablations, pacemaker/AICD placements, and cardiovascular surgeries. We are also a comprehensive stroke/STEMI facility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $34.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 36 – 48 per week

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and provide patient care under the general direction of the Director, Manager, or Nurse Manager.
• Ensure nursing care aligns with hospital policies, state Nursing Practice Acts, and ANA Standards of Practice.

Shifts Available: Days and Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000 for Nights, $12,000 for Days

Compensation:

• Pay Range: $30.04 - $41.50 per hour (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials: $4.00 per hour for nights and weekends.

Benefits:

• Nurse to Patient Ratio: Never more than 1:5, depending on staffing and acuity.
• Sign-On Bonus: $30K for nights (2-year commitment), $12K for days.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care Cardiac Care RN experience or similar.
• Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Licensure: Current RN license in Missouri.
• Certifications: BLS required at hire, ACLS within 6 months.
• Skills: Basic computer skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
