Our client, a major digital media company based in the NYC area, is looking to hire a Senior Human Resources Benefits Administrator, to manage their health, welfare and retirement benefits programs across the Americas (US, Canada, and parts of So. America). Responsibilities: As a Senior HR Benefits Administrator, you will implement and manage benefit program initiatives and will collaborate with their global HR and Finance teams to deliver on business needs, prioritize key benefits requests, and be responsible for managing benefit programs focusing on:
Vendor/TPA Relationship Management
Benefit Plan Design, Management, & Effectiveness
Benefit Analytics/Metrics/Dashboards
Benchmarking (benefit programs)
Communication of Benefit Programs
Tier 3 benefit escalations/resolutions
Project Management and Process Improvement
Qualifications:
5 years of relevant benefits (health & welfare and retirement) experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Economics or related field preferred
HR Benefits administration experience at a global enterprise organization
Ability to interact on a consultative basis with all levels of the organization
Critical thinker with excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem resolution skills
Strong project management skills with team orientation and collaborative style
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality
CBP, CEBS certification preferred, but not required.
