A PE backed company who is the #1 player in their space is adding a Finance Director to to their team as a result of growth. This company is well-capitalized and highly acquisitive. This role will assist in driving FP&A, operations finance, and M&A support. Great work/life balance and a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
Requirements
- Blended FP&A and operational finance background
- Multi-location P L management
- 8-10 years' of experience in finance
- Proactive leader who has managed and developed teams
- Experience in a high-growth environment, ideally PE
