We’re looking for a superstar Content Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing Marketing team. If you love creating high quality and engaging content, this role is for you! This is a hybrid position requiring at least two days in the office.
We at Optimizely believe that content is at the heart of every digital experience. We as a Content Team are on a mission to create exceptional content that educates, informs and delights our target audiences.
Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing campaigns aligned with overall business goals.
Conduct thorough audience research to best understand your target audience and their needs.
Create quality, engaging, and relevant content for various channels, including blog posts, articles, email campaigns, newsletters, and more.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to create integrated and compelling content.
Maintain and reinforce messaging, brand voice, and tone.
Implement effective content distribution strategies to reach and engage the target audience.
Optimize content for SEO and work closely with the SEO lead to improve search rankings.
Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant tools and metrics.
Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies for growth optimization.
4-5 years' experience in content marketing, with a strong portfolio
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an ability to adapt content to different styles and tones
Proficiency in SEO best practice and content optimization. Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush etc) and keyword research
Proficiency in using content management systems and related tools (Google Analytics)
Familiarity with AI tools and using AI to enhance the content creation process
Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data
BA in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field (or equivalent)
