Full Time** **Optimum RV, a growing full-service RV Dealer, is seeking an entry-level RV Sales Representative.** Position Summary: Were looking for results-driven RV Sales Associates to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Qualified candidates will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. This is a full-time salary position, and the successful candidate should be able to work flexible hours. We offer excellent pay and benefits with earnings up to $120,000 per year! Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing customer acquisition and retention by driving sales with a high level of customer service.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Adjust content of sales presentations by determining needs of the customer.
Reach out to customer leads and provide consistent follow-up.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports. Experience Required:
Sales experience is a plus, but not required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with BRM/CRM practices
Highly motivated and target driven
Excellent communication
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Relationship management skills
