The SAP Functional Lead is a key business facing role responsible for overseeing the functional design for the SAP S4/HANA Plan-to-Make (PTM) and Production Planning (PP). This role collaborates with various teams to ensure alignment with best practices and operational requirements, contributing to SAP S/4HANA implementation and providing leadership in solution design. This is a permanent role located onsite in the office four days a week. All US Citizens and Green Card Holders are encouraged to apply as sponsorship is not available at this time.
Essential Functions:

• Gather and analyze business needs, translating them into SAP application requirements.
• Design and implement integrated SAP solutions for technical and business needs.
• Provide SAP support, including analysis, development, testing, and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
• Communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience or equivalent.
• 8 years in SAP PTM/PP, ME, with hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• SAP certification(s) is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
