Option 1 is currently recruiting for a Data Analyst with a nationally recognized Healthcare organization. As the Data Analyst, you will develop and distribute meaningful reports, track trends, and identify improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of Data Analyst experience.

Responsibilities:
- Review legal contract terms
- Validate supporting documents and tracking of payments
- Track trends, risks, and/or violations
- Collect all necessary documents and coordinate information with legal departments
- Analyze and interpret reports using statistical techniques
- Collaborate with legal and management to prioritize business and information needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Data Analyst experience
- Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
