Optomi, in partnership with a premier client within the insurance industry, is seeking a Business Analysis Manager.

As the BA Manager, you'll be at the helm of our agile scrum team, driving strategic initiatives and fostering innovation within the Claims domain. Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning business objectives with technology solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration between Product Owners, stakeholders, and our talented team of analysts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and guidance for the Claims vertical, overseeing the delivery of large, complex, and strategic initiatives.
• Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, fostering a shared vision and driving alignment with business goals.
• Mentor and empower junior team members, nurturing their professional growth and development.
• Champion best practices in business analysis, Agile methodologies, and innovation, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations to drive business outcomes and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in a business analysis role, with a track record of driving results and leading high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience in the insurance industry or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Certifications in business analysis, project management, or leadership are a plus.
