The team seeks to hire a 2024 Associate for their office headquarters based in Boulder, CO. The firm historically promotes from within and provides active dealflow, a fantastic culture, and mentorship/exposure from senior investors and portfolio management teams. The Boulder office is also easily commutable from Denver!
The Role:
Evaluating new investments by assessing the attractiveness of potential new deals and forming a view on the industry, business model and company
Preparing investment memos, financial models, financial projections, and valuations
Conducting due diligence on prospective investment opportunities, including industry specific research and financial analysis
Assisting in coordination and management of third-party due diligence and serving as the lead in lender meetings
Monitoring existing investments and traveling to sites
Providing additional resources and analysis to management teams
