Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing compelling content on various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely manner
- Conduct research to identify new social media trends, tools, and best practices to stay up-to-date in the field
- Collaborate with the social media team to develop and execute social media campaigns and contests
- Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
