ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client seeks a highly qualified Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their Labor & Employment Team in their Raleigh office.

The associate will be involved in a variety of tasks, including:

• Handling litigation, including lawsuits and agency proceedings.
• Providing employment advice and counseling.
• Drafting employment contracts and policies.
• Collaborating with transactional teams on employment aspects of transactions.

The successful attorney must possess:

• 3 years of experience in the area of employment law
• A background in employment law, both litigation and counseling, is preferred
• Candidates must be licensed in North Carolina

DETAILS

Salary starts at $215,000 DOE with a reasonable hourly requirement of 1850.
