Overview:

We are seeking a highly sales- and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they are looking for

- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns

- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash handling procedures

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including cleaning displays and shelves

- Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate

- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure products are displayed attractively

- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store success

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

- Multilingual abilities, particularly Spanish and/ or Hebrew, is an asset

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
