We need a highly talented Program Management Senior Manager for the AI² Strategy and Programs organization to help lead the most critical functions of our AI business. This person will lead a team of program managers delivering GPU infrastructure capacity to our most strategic AI customers. This team is focused on the success of our capacity deliveries, including:

• Tracking/validation of all new capacity, ensuring on-track delivery, and handling delivery-related incidents
• Coordination of hardware testing, managing initial repairs, and network validation
• Customer capacity handoffs and allocation of systems to customers
• Decommission/ramp down of older product offerings and coordination of replacement
• Managing customer proof of concept (POC) capacity
• Managing test environment capacity, including test prioritization and reset

This high-visibility and high-impact role will help shape our future AI infrastructure business and enable growth. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across all cross-organizational functions to deliver results.

You should have a strong multidisciplinary operations, technology, and business background. You should also have a track record of influencing and presenting to senior business and technology leaders and driving critical delivery initiatives at the highest levels. Strong executive communications, customer engagement, and business analytics skills are essential.
