We are looking to recruit a senior and experienced engineer for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Observability and Management support team. The engineer's main responsibility would be to trouble shoot OCI O&M product problems and will be expected to work in partnership with customers, support engineers and developers.The successful candidate should be widely regarded as an authority in their current role and demonstrate the ability to resolve complex problems or identify acceptable workarounds. The candidate should be well-versed with Cloud technologies and have a sound knowledge on Oracle Database, Operating systems and Networking Concepts. Knowledge on Enterprise Manager would be preferred. The candidate should be able to perform their assigned duties with a great degree of independence requiring minimal direction. The candidate should be adept at building relationships across organizations and demonstrating these relationships to resolve cross-product issues. The Engineer is expected to be an expert member of the technical problem solving/problem avoidance team, routinely sought after to address extremely complex, critical customer issues.

Qualifications:

Technical degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Excellent proficiency in English language, both verbal and written. Demonstrated competence in Oracle O&M services or other Cloud Technologies. Experience as a domain expert (SME) on Oracle Enterprise Manager. Knowledgeable on Oracle Database, Operating Systems and Networking Concepts.
