As a Support Technician you will provide routine and non-routine information gathering, technical support and maintenancefor desktop, laptop, telecom, mobile devices, and network devices.
This role interacts with the client and other IT staff workinghands-on with new and existing technologies to ensures incidents are quickly resolved with minimal downtime.
As a memberof the Technology Team, you will be focused on reducing reoccurring incidents through process improvement and this role you will bring to bear automation tools such as Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Lansweeperand PDQ Deploy to name a few.
In this role you will have ample opportunities to learn new technologies work with other ITstaff and chip in to projects.
In this role your manager will strongly encourage personal development and provide access totechnical training courses to keep up with the constant change within the technology industry.

US : Hiring Range : from $ to $ per hour; from $37,700 to $72,100 per annum.
