The Walk-In Clinic Patient Access Representative greets and assists patients in person and on the phone, schedules appointments by computer, takes messages, enters and verifies patient information. The Patient Access Representative will work as a member of a team to provide a high level of customer service to our patients. Other general office duties are also required.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required. Customer Service and computer experience required.
Job Schedule
This job requires you to work up to 16 hours every 4 weeks, specifically on Saturday and Sunday during Week #4 of the 4-week rotation. However, you may have the opportunity to pick up additional hours as needed. The hours of operation for this job are from Monday to Friday, 5pm to 9pm, and Saturday to Sunday, 1pm to 9pm.
