HR Training Specialist

Position Summary

The HR Training Specialist administers training courses throughout the organization and collaborates with trainers in other departments to coordinate all training efforts.

Position Responsibilities

• Benchmark staff training requirements throughout Orange EV

• Set up a training calendar
• Design and implement training courses
• Engage and work with internal and external trainers as well as management
• Administer and run training courses
• Evaluate training success
• Report to management
• Monitor training trends and innovations
• Produce an organization-wide roster of training needs
• Source necessary training materials

Position Qualifications

• Prior HR experience

• Excellent knowledge of labor law and relevant legislation
• Thorough business understanding
• Strong leadership skills

• Ability to develop creative and innovative sourcing strategies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards
• Work in a stationary position up to 75% of the time
