Orange is Hiring a Service Desk Technician Near Rose Hill, VA

Votre rôle

  • Gérer les incidents remontés par les clients (traitement des appels, ouverture d'un dossier, communication avec les différentes équipes) dans le cadre des SLA.
  • Analyser ces problèmes et les résoudre à l'aide des outils et des processus disponibles.
  • Participer à l'évolution des processus en tenant compte des exigences clients.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe située en France.

Votre profil

  • Titulaire d'une Licence en Informatique Diplômée en : Réseaux Informatiques, Télécommunication et Système d'Information.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit).
  • Excellentes compétences orientées client.
  • Bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et de leadership.
  • Compétences en gestion du temps, en organisation et en communication.
  • Proactif, autonome et déterminé.
  • Capacité à nouer des relations avec une équipe située en dehors de Maurice
  • Capacités de présentation.
  • Image professionnelle
