Job Overview : We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team in a unique split role as a Sales Associate and Fitness Coach.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for fitness, and enjoys helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.

As a Sales Associate / Fitness Coach, you will play a crucial role in driving membership sales while delivering exceptional workout experiences to our members.

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
• Helping members set and achieve goals
• Making sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
• Being a team player
• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as intros
• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events

Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized

Additionally, you’ll need to meet these requirements :

• Being AED / CPR certified or willingness to obtain
• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness or willingness to obtain
