Here’s more of what the position entails:
- Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge. Greets members and guests promptly and with a smile to create a friendly and positive entrance in the OTF studio.
- Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
- Giving studio tours
- Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
- Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
- Following up on prospective clients
- Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
- Participating in marketing and outreach events
- Ensuring all areas of the studio, lobby and front desk are kept clean and organized by accurately following the daily studio cleaning checklists (pre/during/post ) shift activities
- Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls and customer care calls.
- Should be willing and able to participate in 1-2 OTF workouts per week
- Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
- Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns.
- Proper on-boarding of all OTF clients through the use of Client Intake Forms
- Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled
- Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs
- Excellent customer service skills
- You are friendly, positive, upbeat and bring a smile no matter what!
- Previous sales experience and strong sales skills a plus
- Solid verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to multi-task is a benefit to successfully perform duties.
- Functional computer skills required
- Health & fitness minded people strongly preferred
- STRONG SALES, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment
Full time employees receive health benefits!
Compensation raises are given after 3 months of employment!
Commissions and bonuses can add another $2-$3 to the hourly rate!
Retention bonuses are given for every 6 months of employment!
