We are currently seeking a qualified Sales Associate that is keen on driving sales and service excellence for our group fitness training facility in Hendersonville, TN.
The Sales Associate position is a critical role that is accountable for membership sales, flawless customer service and team collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have a strong drive and passion for growing the OTF membership base and providing high-touch customer service.
Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment (Orange is more than a just a color, it’s an attitude)
- Following up on prospective clients
- Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
- Participating in marketing and outreach events
- Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
