We are looking for a motivated sales manager to join our team! At Severe Storm Pro, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of roofing Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This position is performance based on salary and commission. You must prove you are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Past experience in roofing sales is a must!
Responsibilities:
- Target storm areas
- Recruit and scout professional roofing sales representatives for your team
- Train and build a team of project consultants on lead generation, inspections, claims, and relationship building
- Manage and assist the team on assessments, consultations, customer-related management, and reaching sales goals
- Generate Commercial & Residential Sales for yourself and your team
- Negotiating and assist your team in closing sales
- Ladder assist for your team
- Proactively seek new business opportunities through referrals and provided leads
- Inspect roofs / exterior to determine storm damage, documenting any damage via pictures, measurements and notes
- Build / Maintain a relationship with new and existing customers
- Interact professionally with customers and effectively communicate about the scope and status of work
- Provide prospects with professional roofing, and construction estimates and knowledge
- Host weekly sales meetings for your team
- Motivate team to reach sales quota and expectations set
- 3 sales experience required
- Experience/knowledge in roofing and construction sales
- Must be able to recruit and train roofing sales
- Must be able to generate door to door sales, create your own pipeline
- Must be able to climb and carry a ladder, and work on your feet
- Ability to work in hot & cold climates
- Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Goal oriented with desire to learn, grow and earn
