Full job description
We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team! We are looking for a highly organized and passionate individual to assist the General Manager in:
- Coaching 8 classes per week (physical, athletic, program)
- Calling parents about joining KidStrong
- Handling member service requests and administration request as a manager
- Being a leader by example for the coaching team and kids
- Manage and supervise staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Monday 9am-6pm
- Tuesday 9am-6pm
- Wednesday 9am-6pm
- Thursday Off
- Friday 9-6
- Saturday OFF
- Sunday 9-2
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
