Orbis Education is Hiring an Office Manager Near Boston, MA

Join us at Orbis Education and begin a career in helping Nursing students succeed! We are looking for a motivated Office Manager to oversee the student admission process as part of this unique opportunity. Starting salary of $50,000 annually.

As an Office Manager, a typical week might include the following:
  • Opening and closing the Site daily during hours of operations.
  • Manage front desk reception and overall facility needs (keys, FOBs, equipment maintenance, site maintenance).
  • Manage Student and Staff badge/ID process.
  • Inventory and ordering of office and nursing supplies.
  • Oversees office technology and equipment (staff computers and chrome books).
  • P-Card reconciliation and Procurement.
  • Manage operational calendar (PTO, Exams, Events, Room Scheduling).
  • Conducts Site Tours and assist in planning and executing on-site events.
  • Validate appropriate identification as necessary for admission to exam.
  • Proctor on-site exams, oversee and schedule Exam Proctors ensuring policy and procedures are followed.
The role might be right for you if you have:
  • Associate Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in administrative capacity for large department/function.
  • An equivalent combination of work experience and education/training may be substituted.
  • Experience in a higher education environment is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
