Orbis is partnered with a top consumer trading startup on a Principal UX Researcher search.

This high-level role will identify growth opportunities within the customer journey as well as strategy to bring new users to the platform.

You will:

• Collaborate closely with Product
• Create questions with a blend of qualitative and quantitative methods
• Analyze growth funnel and results across experiments to identify barriers and opportunities
• Own "voice of the user" throughout the SDLC
• Collaborate across an award-winning Research Org

Requirements

• 6 years of quantitative or qualitative UX research experience
• Experience with product growth models and methods
• Experience in fast-moving tech company or startup environments
• Bachelors Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Anthropology, Sociology, or similar
• Passion for applying research to make an impact
