Job Description:

• Position is for a Management Analysts, Subject Matter Expert

• The candidate shall support daily program activities of the fast-paced LHD/LHA/LSD Modernization and Midlife Programs.

• The candidate will support existing Program Managers in the execution of their duties through the tracking of key schedule milestones, deliverables, action items, procurements, and potentially financial metrics.

• These actions will be accomplished using multiple applications and products such as Microsoft Office products, share point sites, and shared drives.

• The candidate must have demonstrated experience using and manipulating all Microsoft Office products (Office, Teams, Word, Excel, Project, Power Point, etc.) and share point sites and share drives.

• The candidate shall have an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and should know how to create and manage formulas, set up conditional formatting, create bar and line charts/graphs and perform data imports and exports.

• The candidate will be required to support meetings in Philadelphia monthly and must be able to attend all required customer meetings.

Required Skills and Experiences:

• Seven (7) years of experience in engineering/science management, operations, research analysis or financial/cost analysis

• Three (3) years of experience in a U.S. Navy programs or operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline for and accredit college or university.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• A secret security clearance.
