This opportunity is responsible for providing a positive customer support experience to our Software as a Service (SaaS) clients. You will be supporting a growing service product that Orbis designed and maintains. This product includes supporting the administrative processing of property tax liabilities for our clients. You will be responsible with responding to client support requests regarding their property tax liabilities, processing tax notices, generating account payable requests for clients, maintaining their property tax records, interacting with various municipalities to ensure payment and resolve issues as required.

This opportunity requires a self-starter and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks, be highly organized, and have the ability to resolve complex issues by first identifying the problem, determining the preferred solution, and effectively communicating the resolution.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams is vital. Working knowledge of the internet, including search engines and strong professional communication skills are essential.
