Job Title: SalePoint IdentityNow IT Support Professional

Location: Minneapolis, MN [Remote/Hybrid]

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Professional with expertise in the SailPoint IdentityNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in infrastructure security and be proficient in managing, troubleshooting, and configuring the platform. Experience in cloud environments is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for the SailPoint IdentityNow platform, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Manage and configure the platform, including adding and removing sources.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the infrastructure on the platform.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to maintain and improve system performance.
• Perform regular system updates and maintenance tasks.
• Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for platform management and support.
• Provide documentation and training to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with the SailPoint IdentityNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure security.
• Hands-on experience in support and configuration management on SailPoint.
• Experience with cloud technologies and environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Relevant certifications in SailPoint or related technologies.
• Experience with other identity management platforms.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
