Orchard is looking for a customer-focused, licensed and experienced Team Lead to help build our team in Nashville, TN, which is launching in early 2025. At Orchard, Team Leads partner with our customers to accomplish their real estate buying and selling goals in addition to coaching a team of 25-30 real estate agents to do the same. We provide high quality referrals, differentiated product offerings, and best-in-class training and support. Compensation Range: This is an indepedent contractor (1099) role and is a commission-only position. The average full-time fully ramped Team Lead earns $120k-200k per year. There is no cap on earnings.
We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have:

• An active and unrestricted Tennessee real estate license and are located in the Nashville area
• At least 5 years of active licensure with at least 3 years of experience in recruiting and managing the day-to-day activities of real estate agents. A managing broker license is a plus.
• A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets
• Demonstrated ability to effectively coach a team, develop skills, and produce results
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral
