What You Will Do
Be accountable for crafting and implementing accurate planning, including identification of critical path and prioritization, using appropriate project management tools.
Ensure effective and efficient regular formal and informal communications with their core team(s) using a variety of tools and channels.
Coordinate with functional leadership to ensure the appropriate resources are available for the project and contribute to the expected levels.
Communicate team strategy & plans, execution and results at various review meetings. Makes stakeholders & leadership aware of, and proposes solutions to, unanticipated or potential issues/concerns as soon as they are known.
Establish and assure adherence to, schedules, processes, and performance requirements.
Identify and negotiate schedules, milestones, and resources required to meet project objectives; prioritize project tasks based on capacity, due dates and critical paths
Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Coordinate project operations, including procurement, manufacturing, testing, and project closure, using established project management methodologies and tools.
Develop and evaluate business cases, cost/benefit analyses, and project budgets.
Negotiate schedules, milestones, and resources required to meet project objectives, while prioritizing tasks based on capacity and critical paths.
Identify key stakeholders and maintain effective communication and relationships with them.
Manage scope changes, communication, issues, and risks to ensure project success.
Monitor project deliverables and report progress to relevant stakeholders.
Understand and support the roles and responsibilities of project team members, providing direction and leadership as needed.
Monitor project financial performance to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the project management process and organizational learning.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor (Preferred)
Experience Qualifications
1 Years of experience leading projects (Required)
Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing (Preferred)
Project Management Experience (Preferred)
2 Years of experience working with data visualization tools (Required)
3 Years of experience as a member of cross-functional teams (Preferred)
Experience Generating stakeholder requirements and developing processes & tools (Preferred)

Project Management Professional (PMP) - Practice Management Institute (PMI) (Preferred)
