This role involves active participation in management team meetings, contributing to decisions on highly sensitive issues. The ideal candidate will excel in communication with diverse stakeholders, adeptly juggle multiple priorities, and consistently follow through on assigned tasks. What you will do! In this dynamic role, you will provide executive support the CMO admin office. Your responsibilities will include managing complex calendars and task lists, facilitating meetings with meticulous agenda preparation and detailed minute-taking, and crafting polished emails, memos, letters, reports, and forms. Additionally, you will oversee the organization of files and Microsoft Teams spaces, coordinate comprehensive travel itineraries and accommodations, and ensure the efficient distribution of products and printed materials. Qualifying experience would involve data collection and analysis; project evaluation and/or analysis; interpretation and application of laws, rules, and regulations; or similar experience. Experience in calendar management and travel itineraries. Experience in creating and maintaining a work environment that is respectful and accepting of diversity among team members and the people we serve. Excellent computer skills to include knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Excel. 1 year office experience in a medical setting, preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational skills, with the flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities. Previous procurement training or ability to attend such trainings. Accounting and/or budget experience. Negotiation experience.
