As our Real Estate Loan Processor I in the Corvallis Financial Center, you will have a direct impact on service to our members by obtaining, reviewing and preparing documentation for loan files in an accurate, timely manner. This essential position monitors loan progress and assists with the underwriting and closing of loans. You'll also originate and approve home equity loans and lines of credit within your credit granting authority. It is a detailed-demanding, fulfilling opportunity!

What you'll need to be successful:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 year of real estate experience
  • Prior experience with secondary market investor underwriting guidelines preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and loan document programs preferred
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Location: 1980 NW 9th Street, Corvallis
Work type: Full-time, on-site and non-exempt
Wage: $22/hr bonus
