Remuneration and Performance Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and analytical Remuneration and Performance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the design, implementation, and management of our remuneration and performance programmes. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Remuneration Analysis:

• Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive and equitable remuneration practices.
• Analyse remuneration data to identify trends and provide recommendations for salary adjustments.
• Assist in the design and implementation of salary structures and pay scales.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on remuneration strategies and outcomes.

Performance Management:

• Support the development and administration of performance management systems.
• Analyse performance data to identify key trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of performance appraisal processes.
• Collaborate with HR and departmental managers to ensure alignment of performance objectives with organisational goals.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of remuneration and performance data.
• Develop and manage dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
• Provide analytical support for various HR initiatives and projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with HR Business Partners and departmental managers to address remuneration and performance-related queries.
• Support the communication of remuneration and performance programmes to employees.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance overall HR strategy.
