Description

• Lead estimating efforts for all incoming RFP's 
• Compilation of vendor bid lists specific for each project
• Distribution of plans and collection of subcontractor bids 
• Management of online bidding software and project updates
• Coordination with Project Managers and Division Leaders on qualifications & leveling of vendor bids
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors
• Assist in the development of pre-construction deliverables (RFI's, Response to RFP, schedules, etc.)

Qualifications 

• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial estimating in South Florida market (7 years preferred)
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Excel required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project preferred
• The ability to work under pressure to meet set goals, budgets and deadlines
• The ability to manage time well and multitask
• Thorough understanding of the commercial construction processes
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
