Job Title: Account Manager

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid, Part-Time with the possibility for Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, and creative and social teams.
• Manage client deliverables, expectations, and timelines.
• Communicate changes to internal team members and external vendors to ensure progress, action, and results.
• Collaborate closely with all internal team members to develop effective strategies and briefs.
• Oversee and create project management/workflow systems and reporting.
• Mentor and support the development of junior team members.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns by creating innovative concepts and compelling copy.
• Drive traffic across digital platforms, coordinate key launches, and ensure marketing initiatives meet client expectations.
• Monitor campaign performance in real-time, analyze metrics, and create reports to enhance ROI.
• Own the project from inception to completion, ensuring proper execution and problem-solving any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in account management, preferably within a creative or advertising agency.
• Excellent organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple accounts and delivering successful campaigns.
• Experience in client relationship management and working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with creative processes and an understanding of digital, print, and media channels.
• Strong ability to build and maintain positive client relationships; excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey ideas and feedback effectively.
• Well-versed in social media platforms and current trends, especially Meta and TikTok.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set project timelines, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in overseeing and analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and manage scope.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana, Trello, Monday), CRM software, and basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
