The candidate we are looking for should be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities to include proficiency in the following restaurant duties:

• Respect customers, management and other employees; interact with customers in a pleasant and upbeat fashion
• Follow food safety procedures
• Perform all food preparation and station duties including beverages, operating the grill, fry and/or steam stations, cashier and janitorial duties according to Company standards
• Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude, teamwork, along with a willingness to learn
• Demonstrate a high-level quality of work, attendance and appearance
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and safety regulations
• Adhere to all local, state and federal laws
• Perform other duties assigned by manager related to your position
