Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Data Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Serverless, Fabric, and Power BI. As a Lead Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data solutions and providing technical leadership to our team.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement scalable data solutions using Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Serverless, Fabric, and Power BI.

- Work closely with technology vendors like Microsoft and Databricks to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices.

- Write technical solutions, architecture documents, and present them to stakeholders.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.

- Drive the implementation of data solutions and ensure they meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define data architecture.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in data architecture and design.

- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Serverless, Fabric, and Power BI.

- Experience working with technology vendors like Microsoft and Databricks.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to write technical solutions, architecture documents, and present them to stakeholders.

- Dynamic and energetic personality with a passion for technology and innovation.

- Experience leading and mentoring a team of data engineers and analysts.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience with other cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud Platform.

- Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, etc.

- Certifications in Azure or Databricks.
