Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist

$36/hr with medical benefits available at cost

1 year initial contract with the possibility for extension

M - F 8 am to 4:30 pm

100% onsite

Orion Group and our largest US client have an exciting contract opportunity for Compliance Specialists in North Chicago!! We are seeking individuals with pharma industry experience. Successful candidates will have prior experience working with Databases and electronic systems to investigate and document compliance events.

Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist Duties:

• Engages cross functionally to investigate and document compliance events, ensuring timely resolution to enable program timelines.
• Works with Databases and electronic systems.
• Perform root cause analysis
• will be working on manufacturing floor.
• Will be a program manager while assisting with quality audits.
• Follows through with business partners to receive investigation results, actions planned, and closure of actions by requesting and reviewing objective evidence.
• Collects relevant monthly and quarterly metrics.

Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required
• 2 to 4 years of experience working in quality assurance within a pharmaceutical company
• Experience using Trackwise would be preferred
• CAPA
• Root cause analysis
• Prior experience assisting in quality audits
• Effective Communicator. Strong technical writing skills; Clear, concise and effective in written communication.
• Proficient in MS Office Suites

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
