Duties
- Oversee all food and beverage operations, including kitchen management, food
production, and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the food industry and proper food
handling procedures.
- Develop and implement menus that meet customer preferences.
- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Train and supervise staff in culinary techniques, customer service, events, and beverage cart.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with golf professionals and the marketing team to coordinate events and special promotions.
- Resolve customer/golfer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management, event planning, and cash-handling procedures.
- Experience in the food industry with a focus on the golf industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lead a team and provide guidance and support to staff members.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
- Experience in bartending, golf etiquette, tournament planning, and scheduling is a plus.
