Job Description
Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Job Description
- Prepare complex pleadings and written discovery
- Conduct depositions and draft motions and briefs with minimal supervision
- Independently manage a litigation caseload from intake through completion
- Draft motion and brief arguments effectively
- Handle cases autonomously with strong time management skills
- Admitted to the New York Bar
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial and construction litigation
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent research and writing abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Competitive salary: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience
