Orion Talent is Hiring a Contract Administrator Near Cockeysville, MD

This role is responsible for reviewing, copying, distributing, monitoring, maintaining files, and generating booking files on all customer contracts and proposals. The contracts administrator will interface with customers and government representatives for proposals, agreements, and other customer/ government requirements issues. They will review and negotiate terms and conditions with prime contract customers autonomously. They will review, prepare, submit, and maintain all confidentiality agreements. They will also submit and maintain all invention disclosures, patents, trademarks, copyrights, and licenses.

Requirements:

Candidates for this role should have a bachelor’s degree in business or contract administration or five years of equivalent experience negotiating contracts. Candidates should have good communication skills for direct customer contact. Should know DFARS and ITAR. This is an excellent opportunity for a JMO who has experience negotiating contracts with subcontractors in the military.
