Position Details :
Title: Field Service Associate/Driver
Location: Roselle, IL
Shift: Sun-Thurs 8 am-4:30 pm...plus rotating on-call every 3rd week.
Compensation: Base pay ($21 - 22/hr.) plus a $3,500 sign-on bonus, OT, performance bonus, and on-call bonus

Travel:
•Must be able to complete and pass a DOT physical and ensure ongoing compliance with all DOT requirements while actively employed in this position.
•Must travel as required to customer sites (overnight travel amount will vary depending on the territories to be covered).
•Valid state driver's license.

Position Description :
Field Repair Technician provides hands-on preventative maintenance and repair on Company's medical equipment. The successful candidate will need to have a basic-to-intermediate understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and components and a fundamental understanding of the tools and processes required to complete the work.
•Provide preventative maintenance, repair services, installations, upgrades, and in-servicing at Company's customer accounts.
•Assesses and diagnose, estimate costs for, and completes repairs on customer-owned medical
•Provide training and support for quality-related service activities, such as quality control (QC) checks, product transportation processes, aesthetic maintenance, and product cleaning.
•Complete all required training programs, meetings, and seminars.
•Follow all health and safety codes and procedures as mandated by company policy, customer requirements, and regulatory agencies.
•Work flexible hours and occasional weekends to meet business/customer needs
Requirements:
•Associate degree in an electrical or mechanical field, or equivalent work
•Repair and maintenance experience with electrical and/or electromechanical equipment; experience with medical equipment preferred.
•Repair or Maintenance Training and/or Certification
•Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
•Good communication
