Job Summary:

Our inside sales team drives Orion Wholesale to find new customers, retain current customers, and plays a crucial role in establishing relationships and marketing our products. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our wholesale division. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the firearms industry, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. You would be a great fit for our team if you like to combine superior listening and communication skills with an outgoing personality to build instant rapport and further our business initiative. If you want to work in a fast-paced, growing industry, this position is for you!

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets

· Identify and pursue new wholesale clients within the firearms industry.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.

· Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

· Stay up to date on the latest firearms products, industry regulations, and market trends

· Inside sales – Minimum of sixty outbound calls a day to dealers

· Office environment

· Oversee and coordinate order processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

· Attend weekly sales meetings

Qualifications:

· Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals effectively

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
